Children and youth play different roles in a bullying situation including bully, victim, ally and bystander...youth must be taught strategies to deal with a bullying situation since it has serious consequences including suicide of victims. Research has shown that by teaching children to be kind to one another, involvement in bullying incidents will be decreased.
